• Ensure all sourced Merchandise:

  • Fall under the Merchandise Procurement Policy and Guidelines (please check the attachments)

  • ​Are compliant  - upload request on Product Compliance to get approval by Compliance team 

• Get approval by L&BA to avoid any IP issues  

• ​Following the approval of samples, all suppliers must complete a formal quote
