Request and Order Process for
PlayStation-branded Merchandise

​You can order PlayStation-branded Merchandise for internal and external purposes using the following two options:
 

  1. Place an Order from the Latest PlayStation-Branded Merchandise Range
    The PlayStation-branded merchandise range is refreshed annually. You can find the latest catalogue on the main page and place an order for the available items.
     

  2. Create New PlayStation-branded Merchandise
    If no suitable items are available in the existing range, follow these steps to create and order new merchandise with our preferred vendors:

a)    Familiarise yourself with the Corporate Brand Guidelines on PlayStation Source and review the attached Merchandise Procurement            Policy.
b)    Please prepare the following information and fill out the Request Form: 
 
         •    Target delivery date
         •    Approved budget
         •    Overview of the merchandise request (purpose, product information, designated shipping countries,

               and order quantity etc.)

c)    The Procurement Team will reach out to you via email to connect you with a suitable supplier from SIEE's preferred supplier list,                       based on your needs. If you would like to work with a new vendor, please ensure the NDA and contract are signed


d)    If you are using the brand logo, please obtain Brand Management approval for logo usage after finalising designs


e)    Review the Merchandise Compliance Nexus page and Global Product Compliance Policy to determine whether your product is                      required to follow the Product Compliance Procedure


f)    Request a sample to verify quality, design, and print


g)    Receive a formal quote on supplier’s company-headed letter to confirm specification, volume and price  


h)    Create a PO and attach formal quote


i)     Secure all necessary approvals and confirm delivery with the supplier
